Changelog: agent notices, community reports and our revisions
What the featured agents announced on their phone sites this month, how we treat community feedback, and every dated change to this site.
Agent notices worth knowing this month
Agents post notices on their phone home pages that matter more than their promotions. These were on the featured agents' phone sites when we checked them on 18 October 2026; promotions and coupon amounts are left out on purpose.
- LoongBuy listed three notices: China Post services to the 27 EU countries temporarily suspended; how the EU now taxes low-value parcels, with a matching change to LoongBuy's own fees; and a shipping rate change for certain routes.
- CSSBuy showed a pop-up about clearing overdue parcels from its warehouse: clearance starting 1 November 2026 for parcels that expired before 1 January 2026, with 31 October 2026 as the deadline to submit shipping requests.
- LitBuy headed its phone home page with a notice about two new EU customs policies taking effect on 1 November.
- Lovegobuy's iPhone app was last updated in July 2026, three months before our check, while the other five apps had updates in October.
If you ship to the EU, read the notices on your own agent before building a parcel this autumn.

Weighing community feedback from Reddit, YouTube and Discord
Community threads are useful and noisy. Reddit posts, YouTube haul videos, TikTok clips and agent Discord servers all carry real experience, but a single angry post is not a pattern, and a glowing video may carry an invite code. Look for dates, screenshots of the agent's own pages, and the same problem reported independently by several people.
Agents push their own communities hard on phones. LoongBuy's phone home page carried a Join Discord banner when we checked, and Lovegobuy's showed a prompt to join its Discord as well. An agent's own server is a good place for announcements and a poor place for neutral reviews.
The public cases added in this review are dated and linked below. They are self-reported experiences, not authenticated transactions or a representative survey. No private Discord comments were read. App store numbers are never used as evidence here.
Revisions to this site
Every change to a fact on this site is dated here. Phone checks and app listings change quickly, so we re-check them within two weeks; fees and policies within a month.
- 18 October 2026. First publication. Phone checks of six agents on a 390-pixel screen, signed out; App Store and Google Play listings read the same day; agent fee, storage and photo policies read between 10 and 17 October 2026.
- 19 October 2026. Three catalogue shelf photos replaced so that no two guides use the same product photo.
- Next check due. App versions and phone results by 1 November 2026; exchange-rate margins and fees by 17 November 2026; the EU notices above after 1 November 2026.
Editorial review updated 22 October 2026; the phone tests remain dated 18 October.

Two public cases, with the outcome kept separate
On 7 May 2026, a CSSBuy user compared a new smaller parcel with an earlier parcel and asked why the new bill was higher. A reply suggested possible rate changes and offered support contact. That explanation was not verified; the account records and route quote are needed to resolve it.
A public Superbuy discussion reviewed on 22 October 2026 questioned warehouse dimensions by comparing an item picture with a ruler. Replies recommended checking the stored dimensions with support. A picture-based estimate cannot establish all three packed dimensions or a final freight quote. These examples illustrate questions to ask, not current prices or a comparison of success rates.
22 October 2026 editorial review: clarified payment states, measurement limits and refund stages; retained the dated 18 October signed-out phone tests. No private Discord evidence, authenticated purchase test or current app-install test was added.
